Contract Terms & Conditions

Refer to the legal terms listed below for the most up-to-date information regarding policies and procedures as they pertain to services provided by: Photos by Martina, LLC.

Booking

For wedding/event packages, a $500 initial payment is due to book and hold the date of the Client’s event. The initial payment is non-refundable and serves as a cancellation fee. A late payment fee of $50 will be charged to the Client’s account, if the final payment is submitted past the due date. 

Payment Options

The initial payment must be paid at the time of booking in order to secure services provided by Photos by Martina, LLC. The remaining balance (plus taxes) can be paid via cash, certified check, Venmo, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard or AMEX. Please note, checks must clear prior to reserving and booking a session or event date and any uncleared checks will have an additional charge of $35 each to cover bank fees. Absolutely NO refunds are issued, once payments have been received and processed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, the initial payment is non-refundable and serves as a cancellation fee. The Client forfeits any payments made if they decide to cancel. If for any reason the Client cancels before the wedding date, Photos by Martina, LLC will keep the initial payment and any payments made to hold the wedding date, as part of the cancellation fee. Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

Re-scheduling Policy

If the Client requires to change the wedding date, Photos by Martina, LLC will make the best effort to accommodate, as long as the new date is available and within five months of the original event date. Otherwise the new date will be subject to current rates if applicable. If Photos by Martina, LLC is not available for the new date, the original contract will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy. All packages are subject to rate increases, therefore a price increase may be applied in the event the new date is moved to more than 1-year of the original contracted date.

Important Information Regarding Products: Print Collections & Albums

Print products (including, but not limited to: photo prints, canvas prints and/or wedding albums) listed in the Client’s contract, are valid for up to 1-year of the Client’s wedding/event date. After 1-year of the wedding/event, the print credits expire and those products are subject to additional fees. It is the Client’s responsibility to contact Photos by Martina, LLC to order the specified products listed in the contract by the allotted timeframe, or the Client forfeits any payments applied to the products listed above. Please note that print orders may take up to 2-4 weeks to process.
